- Where did you work before joining the Raimbek Bottlers company?

- I graduated from the Moscow higher institution with «Automation and mechanization of production process” major. Since then I always pursued my profession – in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan: at the Smolensk nuclear power station, at the large oil and gas company, at the Almaty cotton plant and at the Almaty gas supply service. I learned about a vacancy at the Raimbek Bottlers company from a newspaper. I brought my CV to HR department and soon I was hired. In happened in September 2005. Since that time I work here.

- What keeps you at the company?

- My work is really to my liking. Of course, it’s a great responsibility but we have a great team and excellent specialists. Every day I feel a great demand for my job. And it is very important to me.

- What results of your work make you proud of?

- Together with colleagues we always keep up to date on new technologies – we conduct a study and try to understand how to integrate them into production processes. In the last year power engineering department made a considerable contribution to the company – we managed to substantially cut power inputs (water, steam, power, natural gas). For instance, we applied a system of circulating condensate which resulted in 14 % cost savings of natural gas. The company bears less expenses respectively. And now new challenges have emerged. That’s why every day I go to work with pleasure because I do know that I will be completely satisfied to take on these challenges.  

- Do you have a hobby?

- Yes, when I have free time I like to solder or repair something. I like to go fishing with my friends. I also try to spend more time with my granddaughters.
